What is a Short Sale…?
A Short Sale is when a third party, or lender, allows the property to be sold for less than the total amount owed on the Seller’s mortgage. The third party accepts a proposed buyer's purchase amount and agrees to terms with the Seller as the payoff for the entire debt.
Am I eligible to Short Sale my home...?
